Where does the cashback come from?
Real estate agents in Spain usually split the sales commission between the seller’s and buyer’s agents.
That’s typically 2–3% of the property value.
Instead of keeping it all, we give 1% of that back to you.
Example:
If you buy a €500,000 property →
Typical total commission: €10,000–€15,000 →
Your cashback: €5,000!
Can i use housecashback when i already have a realtor?
No. housecashback acts as your buyer’s agent, receiving the seller’s commission and sharing it with you. If you are already under contract with another agent, you would need to work exclusively with them.
Is my cashback treaded as taxable income?
